Urgent Care Coverage
Guardian Urgent Care, with locations in Denver, Westminster, and Aurora, presently has contracts to provide healthcare for the following major insurances companies. There are many other companies that we are authorized to treat with that are not listed. In addition most policies have out of network benefits, particularly with urgent care problems. For those whose policy has a large deductible, our prices are very reasonable and we offer credit plans to help finance care.
As things can change quite often with insurance companies, please call to verify that we accept your insurance at our urgent clinic.
Self-Pay Patients
$120: TIER 1 INCLUDES
- Basic provider examination
- Written Prescriptions
- Minor In-house laboratory tests
- Urine pregnancy test
- Urine analysis
- Strep testing
- Influenza testing
- Finger-stick testing
$200: TIER 2 INCLUDES
- Expanded provider exam (Tier 1 services included)
- X-ray examination (up to 2 body parts)
- EKG
- Vaccinations, blood draws and lab tests, injections “shots”, asthma treatments
- Fracture care and splinting
$275: TIER 3 INCLUDES
- Expanded provider exam (Tier 1 and 2 services included)
- IV therapy, IV hydration and IV medication management
$320: TIER 4 INCLUDES
- Expanded provider exam (Tier 1, 2 and 3 services included)
- SURGICAL procedures including, but not limited to:
- Laceration repair (includes suture removal)
- Foreign object removal (body, eye, nose, ear, other)
- Abscess incision, drainage and packing
