Dr Moorer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from Miami University of Ohio and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University Of Kentucky College Of Medicine. He served his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago Hospital. Specializing in Emergency Medical Services/ International Transport Chief Resident. Assistant Professor of Surgery/Emergency Department Attending, University of Nevada School of Medicine, Staff Physician, Spine and Injury Centers of Colorado and Emergency Department Attending Physician Saint Anthony Central Hospital, Denver CO. Dr Moorer is a member of the National Association of EMS Physicians, Air Medical Physician Association. And is a member of Society of Academic Emergency Physicians and Colorado Medical Society.

Dr W. Rafer Leach; Medical Director/Staff Physician/Owner
Dr. Leach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and a Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Illinois-Chicago. He served an internship in Anesthesiology at University of Illinois Chicago and his residency in Emergency Medicine at Denver Health Medical Center, Denver Colorado. Dr. Leach conducted extensive research for the department of Trauma/Emergency Medicine, Cook County Hospital, Illinois and the University of Illinois-Chicago Department of Cardiology. Dr. Leach is a fellow-American College of Emergency Physicians, and is a member of the Colorado Medical Society.
